Clinical Exercise Classes in Traralgon
HLG is delighted to be adding to their services at Traralgon with the inclusion of clinical exercise classes provided by Dr Michelle Derrick.
This class is a combination of strength, mobility and mat-based pilates exercises with a variety of equipment provided. This will be the first series of classes on offer, with more in planning!
Meet Dr Stephanie Rohde
Hi, I’m Dr Stephanie Rohde (Osteopath). For the entirety of my studies to become an Osteopath, I always pictured myself working in a big city. Having grown up in Canberra, and then moved to Melbourne – That was all I really knew. However, when I stumbled across the opportunity to complete my final placement through an internship with East Gippsland Osteopathic Clinic (Now HealthLinks Gippsland!), something in the back of my mind told me to go for it.

The Yarram office of HealthLinks Gippsland (Formerly East Gippsland Osteopathic Clinic) is discovered by following the meandering, winding flower lined garden path to the back of the red roof studios. What a way this is to start a work day – the commute (which also includes a 2 minute drive from child care drop off) is such a distinct contrast to the previous city life I have lived pretty much ever since leaving Yarram Secondary college all those years ago.
